The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 9,                                  
2005, calendar (page 1863), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 137(L&C)                                                          
     "An Act providing that the University of Alaska may evict a                                    
     tenant from student housing that is exempt from the provisions of                              
     the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act without                                        
      resorting to court proceedings under AS 09.45.060 - 09.45.160."                              
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that without objection, HCS SB 137(L&C) would                                    
be returned to the Rules Committee.
